CAIPA Launches Innovative “CAIPA at Home” Program in Partnership with Claris Healthcare and University of Indiana

New York, NY – May 26, 2026
CAIPA is thrilled to announce the official launch of the “CAIPA at Home” program, a groundbreaking initiative designed to transform at-home care for seniors. This program is made possible through strategic partnerships with Claris Healthcare, a leader in senior-friendly technology, and the University of Indiana, renowned for its expertise in geriatric care innovation.
The CAIPA at Home program leverages the power of the Claris Companion device, a user-friendly digital platform purpose-built for older adults and their caregivers. This partnership will empower our seniors—many of whom have limited English proficiency—and their families to easily access technology that supports communication, health monitoring, and seamless connections with their primary care doctors, care teams, and loved ones.
“Our mission is to break down barriers to care and ensure that every senior, regardless of language or mobility, can receive the highest quality of support and continue to maintain connectivity with their primary care physicians. By partnering with Claris Healthcare and the University of Indiana, we are bringing world-class, evidence-based care directly to those who need it most.” – Dr George Liu, President and CEO at CAIPA
A cornerstone of the CAIPA at Home program is the implementation of the GRACE Model (Geriatric Resources for Assessment and Care of Elders), an integrated, evidence-based approach to at-home geriatric care. The GRACE Model has been proven to enhance health outcomes and reduce costs for vulnerable seniors by combining comprehensive in-home clinical visits with coordinated care planning and ongoing support.
“We are delighted that CAIPA has chosen Claris Healthcare as its partner in providing a better Remote Physiologic Monitoring experience for its patients. By providing the engaging and accessible Claris Companion platform to its patients, CAIPA can now deliver timely, relevant patient education along with effective physiologic monitoring to patients that have little or no experience with digital technology.” – Geoff Auchinleck, CEO at Claris Healthcare
About Claris Healthcare:
Claris Healthcare is a digital health company that has been serving seniors and chronic disease patients for the last 12 years. Its flagship product, Claris Companion, is a communications and education channel designed for seniors that have little experience with technology while providing their caregivers with the tools to remotely manage this care. Claris combines its experience in the senior care space with a full-fledged remote patient monitoring and patient engagement platform. This allows healthcare organizations to care for seniors and other chronic disease patients that could benefit from a remote monitoring program but struggle with traditional digital technologies. Additionally, the Claris Companion platform is available in 15 major languages to meet the needs of a diverse patient population.
