If you wish to have your personal data deleted from any of our Android applications under Claris Healthcare, please follow the steps below:

  1. Identify Yourself: Send an email to from the email address associated with your Claris Companion account. Please include your full name.
  2. Request Deletion: Clearly state in your email that you are requesting the deletion of your personal data from our systems.
  3. Verification: To protect your privacy, we will take steps to verify your identity before proceeding with the data deletion. This may include asking you to provide additional information.
  4. Confirmation: Once your identity has been verified and your request processed, we will delete your personal data from our systems and confirm the deletion to you via email.
