Shipping Policy
Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible, but please understand that each Claris Companion is crafted with great care and attention to detail so some orders may take longer.
Shipping Times
In-stock US orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Indiana within 2-3 days via UPS Ground (tracking included) which typically takes 3 business days.
In-stock Canadian orders ship from Vancouver within 2-3 days via Canada Post Expedited (tracking included) which can take from 2-5 business days.

Shipping Carrier
Claris Healthcare ships using Fedex, UPS, and Canada Post however; we will work with other carriers upon special circumstances. Due to special package requirements we may not be able to ship products to certain areas or may be constrained on our shipping options. Weekend shipping is typically not available unless specifically requested (additional charges may apply).
Domestic and International Shipping
Shipping and handling charges will be displayed on the summary page during checkout. Additional handling charge may be varying depending on the destinations shipped.
Order Tracking
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using alternate shippers may not have tracking numbers.
Signature and Physical Address
All orders require a signature upon delivery. Therefore, a physical address is needed.
Rerouting
Packages cannot be rerouted once shipped for customer security and logistical reasons.
